Jogpods See the Sites

Jogpods See the Sites

In 2018 Jogpods proved to be the way to see the sites. Mark Allison, AKA Run Geordie Run, finished another leg of his around the world charity fund raising run by reaching Kiev. He had intended to get to Astana but fun and games with the Russians and the likely difficulty of shipping ‘Chappie’ back to the UK proved to be too much to sort out whilst on the road. Kiev was very welcoming and will be great spot from which to launch the next leg when the time comes. At the same time, but with less haste, Rosie Swale-Pope was on her way from the UK to Berlin – her book ‘A Little Run Around the World’ has done well in Germany and so a visit was welcome. It seems that this Berlin trip has become the default first leg of another round the world run for Rosie, but this time it will not be one continuous effort like the last one. Her next leg will be to Davos in Switzerland and the globe trotting this time is likely to include Australia which not included last time around – that focused on the Northern Hemisphere landmass with an epic crossing of Siberia in summer and winter.
